StarGroup-Holdings is an Unincorporated Non-Profit Association that help the Homeless.
Members act individually to help the Homeless with occasional food and help. Some members are researching how to counter Governor Newsoms 7/25/2024 Order to take down Homeless encampments, after the US Supreme Court ruling in City of Grants Pass Oregon v Johnson Case No. 23175.

Now, states and localities are free to confine and arrest people even when there is no shelter available, which was previously thought to be cruel and unusual punishment.
